Our client was interested in investing in a certain industrial sector.  We travelled to the country in question, researched the market, analysed the existing players, estimated the future potential based on global benchmarks, contacted potential partners, identified a suitable local partner, assisted our client in making a significant investment in the business, and represented the majority investor within the management of the company.

Business Plan Development

Our client wanted to re-locate a production facility to South East Europe and required an integrated business and finance plan which could be used to negotiate with banks and first round investors.

Preparation for Pre-Seed and first Seed Round financing

We were approached by an entrepreneur who required guidance and general advisory on his plans to incorporate a legal entity, formalize a friends-and-family fundraising round, and prepare a seed finance round to finance the launch of his start up concept. 

Deal Sourcing for private equity investment fund

Through our network, we helped an international investment fund identify, approach, negotiate, close, manage, and exit a 10m Euro investment in South East Europe.  We assisted on behalf of the majority owner and served as a local day to day conduit between local management and the US based investor.

Franchise Acquisition

We assisted a group of local investors in South East Europe to approach, negotiate, and acquire the franchise rights for an international restaurant franchise in their territory.
